By creating an account or using Ready Set Biz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ready Set Biz provides educational business-readiness tools: pathway checklists, roadmaps, document tracking, reminders, assessments, and templates.

Ready Set Biz™ is an educational readiness tool designed to help you plan, prepare, and organize your business startup journey. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or professional advice.

You are responsible for how you run your business and for the accuracy of what you enter.

• Verify all requirements with the applicable agency or a qualified professional before acting.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Do not enter unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not misuse the service to provide regulated professional advice to others as though it came from us.

Accounts are for the business owner or an authorized representative. Platform administrators have limited support access described in the Privacy Policy. Additional roles such as advisors may be offered later with their own permissions.

Founding Member pricing is a monthly subscription plus a one-time Setup & Startup Kit charge, as displayed in the app. Founding Member pricing is limited to the first 100 paid businesses and stays locked while that membership remains continuously active; after the offer closes, standard new-customer pricing applies. Payment processing is not active until we announce it; no charges occur inside the app before then. When billing goes live, taxes, renewal terms, and refund policy will be presented at checkout.

You keep ownership of the information and documents you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

Checklists, templates, guidance text, and the Ready Set Biz name and design are owned by us. You may use them for your own business and may not resell or redistribute them as your own product.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on platform content. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.
