Billing & Refund Policy

Monthly access is charged in advance, at the start of each billing period.

A one-time Setup & Startup Kit charge is billed with your first payment when it applies to your plan.

Paid access renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing address.

The free trial is for looking around. Your account and basic business details are saved, but the work you do while trying it out stays in this browser and is not kept to your account. Printing, downloads, and exports are part of paid access.

During the trial you can complete a short onboarding, choose a pathway or trade, view a representative roadmap, open sample task details, tour the dashboard, and see how the document tracker and support areas work. Trial work is held in the current session rather than stored to your account, and printing, file downloads, and data export are paid features.

Cancelling stops future billing. It does not shorten or refund the period you have already paid for, except where required by applicable law.

You can cancel from account settings or by emailing Sophia@bhcsvc.com. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are final once paid access is granted, no refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Because paid access is delivered to you immediately, payments are final once paid access is granted and we do not offer refunds or partial-month credits, except where required by applicable law. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.
