What we do not claim to own

We do not claim ownership of the law or of anything issued by a government body or third party.

Laws, regulations, statutes, and government rules
Government forms, applications, publications, and official instructions
Agency, board, regulator, and organization names, seals, and marks
Third-party standards, certifications, and materials referenced for context
Generic business concepts, and the underlying facts about what a jurisdiction requires

Your licence

Paid access grants one business a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Ready Set Biz™ content for that business's own startup and compliance-organization work. Nothing is sold or assigned to you.

Where we point to an official source, that material belongs to the issuing agency or organization and is used for reference only. Ready Set Biz is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of any government agency.

Not permitted

Paid or trial access does not allow any of the following.

Copying, reproducing, or republishing content outside your own business use
Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or bundling templates or content
Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, or automated extraction of any part of the product
Sharing, selling, or reusing login credentials across people or organizations
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the software or its structure
Using the content to build, train, or market a competing product or service
Removing, obscuring, or altering watermarks, attributions, or copyright notices

How we protect this content, honestly

We watermark protected views with your account and the date so shared copies are traceable. We do not claim device screenshots can be blocked, no website can guarantee that.

Protected views carry a watermark with your masked account and the date and time.
Trial and demo tiers cannot download, export, print, or store documents.
Template previews render an excerpt only, the full source is never sent to an unentitled session.
Private account and admin screens are excluded from search-engine indexing.
Bulk download and export attempts are recorded as audit events for review.
We do not disable right-click, text selection, or the keyboard. Those are trivially bypassed and they break assistive technology.
